The courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venue rules.

21. “Buy 1, Get 2” (BOGO) Offer

Our “Buy 1, Get 2” (BOGO) promotion applies only to eligible individual items and cannot be stacked with other discounts, coupons, kits, or bundles whose pricing already reflects equivalent benefits.

  Bundles/Combos: If a bundle already includes a BOGO-like benefit, BOGO cannot be applied again (e.g., attempting to obtain 4 watches for the price of 1). Any extra promotional items added contrary to these rules may be removed during order processing.

  Eligibility & Stock: Free items are subject to availability and must be of equal or lesser value than the paid item unless otherwise stated on the promotion page.

22. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

All trademarks, trade names, logos, text, photos, videos, product descriptions, layouts, and other content on the site are the property of Zerien or its licensors. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
