Refund policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not meet expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. All return requests must be initiated through our support team at contact@zerienwatches.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; posting times may vary.
- Next, contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at contact@zerienwatches.com with your order details.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.
Special Promotions (BOGO Orders)
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
- However, all BOGO orders are still covered under our Full Warranty. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for a free replacement at no extra cost, without the need to return the affected item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund.
- Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
Warranty Coverage
All Zerien Watches are covered by our Full Warranty. If you ever experience an issue with the functionality or quality of your watch, simply contact us at contact@zerienwatches.com for assistance.
- Replacements are provided free of charge for manufacturing defects or quality issues.
- If the issue is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.
